You may think that, like pornography, you know it when you see it. Simply put, sexual harassment is an unwanted sexual advance, verbal or physical. Clearly, a sexual advance is sexual harassment if the advance is repeated even after a person has requested that it stop. If a person says an advance is unwanted, it is unwanted.
